Alessandro is the best teacher I ever had in my 23 years of Italian lessons! For more than 2 years now I have lessons online and my knowledge of the Italian grammar has considerable improved, without any books but with Alessandro's own method. And we talk a lot, in Italian of course, about several subjects, from books to Italian politics. I can highly recommend Alessandro as your teacher!

Not only is Alessandro a very knowledgeable teacher, his knowledge of multiple languages (inlcuding Dutch) allows him to provide understandable examples and to explain differences with Italian. He has a strong focus on teaching Italian grammar but also allows sufficient time during the lessons to talk, listen and practice Italian. He is patient when I am literally lost for words and has very useful conversation tips. His lessons are tailored towards my specific needs and level of Italian and he is very flexible to adapt the content or subject if he notices I am struggling during a lesson. We normally have an on-line lesson for 90 minutes once a week, during which Alessandro captures the content in a personal Google document for later reference. During the week he provides some home work exercises covering the subject we discussed. It allows me practice Italian throughout the week. I enjoy the lessons and the pleasant chats (in Italian!) we have during the time on-line.

I have been getting lessons from Allesandro for a bit more then a year now. I started knowing absolutely nothing, except for a few basic words. Thanks to Allesandro i have made amazing progress last year. His lessons are diverse, fun and he tries to pick subjects that you are interested in, to keep your attention. The homework is usually a small level above what you are able to do, which is great because this keeps things challenging. All in all im very satisfied with Allesandro as a teacher and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn italian!

Alessandro is a very good teacher. I already had basic knowledge of Italian before I started his lessons, but I have made much more progress now due to his goal-oriented approach. Alessandro's lessons are fun, varied and focused on results.
